Welcome to the RIAYA Insurance Chatbot Demo

This is a very simple and barebones website whose sole purpose is to demonstrate the functionality of the chatbot located at the bottom-right corner of this page.

This chatbot can not only be embedded in a website (as is the case here), but it can also be deployed on social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, X, etc.

To demonstrate the functionality of the chatbot, we have created a dummy database in the backend in order to store basic information about typical insurance clients.

To best demonstrate how the chatbot works, you can follow the following steps.

Step 1: You are a potential client and would like to enquire about RIAYA.

You access RIAYA's WhatsApp chat, or in this case, RIAYA's website, and open the chatbot at the bottom-right corner of this page.

Select your language.

Find out if you are eligible to join RIAYA

Then, you would probably want to find out if you are eligible to join RIAYA before even applying to join. So, go ahead and do that click the 'Am I Eligible to Join ALRIAYA' button.

Calculate the price of joining RIAYA

Suppose that you are eligible, the next step for you is probably to find out how much you can expect to pay for your RIAYA insurance. To do so, test out the 'Price Calculator' button.

Apply to join RIAYA

Now, you would like to apply to join RIAYA. Click the 'Apply to join ALRIAYA' button. Input your email. The chatbot automatically will send you an email with some forms that you'll have to fill out and send it back to RIAYA by return email.

Step 2: You are RIAYA and have just received the documents from a new applicant.

You study the potential client's information and decide that they are in fact eligible to join RIAYA. So, you now need to add that client's information to your database.
